Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription Billing

HERU Teacher Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis at $39.00 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed. You will be charged to the payment method on file through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Log in to your HERU account and navigate to your subscription settings, or
  • Contact us directly at drrodcontix@gmail.com to request cancellation.

Upon cancellation, your access to all HERU platform features will remain active through the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be restricted to a free tier (if applicable) or deactivated.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the HERU Platform. Please review the following:

  • No partial refunds: Once a billing cycle has started, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within that billing period.
  • Cancellation before renewal: If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month, and you retain access until the end of your current period.
  • Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at drrodcontix@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue an appropriate refund.

Account Access After Cancellation

Following cancellation, teacher access to the HERU dashboard, AKUA game, class management tools, and student progress tracking will be suspended at the end of the active billing period. Student data associated with your account will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
